Woman Facing Drug Charges After Traffic Stop

A woman was arrested in a traffic stop in Logan County Monday night for allegedly possessing meth and marijuana.

According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Cody Fox initiated the traffic stop around 11:45 p.m. on Guy Canler Road after a pickup truck ran his vehicle off the road. The deputy was given consent to search the vehicle and found the passenger, 25-year old Tarah Reed of Russellville, was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and various items of drug paraphernalia.

Reed was taken into custody and booked into the Logan County Jail charged with 1st Degree Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
