David Paul Nash entered a guilty plea to four counts of Theft By Unlawful Taking over $500 and less that $10,000, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to receive stolen property and engaging in organized crime. The first three counts each came with a five year sentence and the organized crime charge will be fore 10 years. According to Nash’s plea agreement all the sentences will run concurrently, so the longest he would have to spend in jail is 10 years.

Craig says they are not sure who Nash could testify against when the cases go to trial.
