A 19-year old Hopkinsville man was cited to court after he was charged with trafficking marijuana during a traffic stop Monday night. Hopkinsville Police say Matthew Glass was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over in the 900 block of North Main Street.
Upon contact, officers reported detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. During a search, police say they found a mason jar and plastic bag with marijuana under the front passenger seat, along with a digital scale with marijuana residue in the center console and small denominations of cash.
Glass was charged with Trafficking Marijuana (Less Than 8 Ounces), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
