Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect wanted in connection to a robbery at a convenience store in Clarksville Tuesday morning.
Clarksville Police report the robbery occurred around 3:30am at the Shell Station near the intersection of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and Needmore Road.
Police say when the suspect was told there was little money in the cash register, the white male chose instead to grab a pack of cigarettes and two packs of cigars before running out of the store. They indicate he did not display a weapon.
Authorities described the suspect as a white male, wearing a black bandanna with white marks, a blue hoodie, and blue jeans. Police say the suspect’s vehicle appears to be a red compact car with the passenger side quarter panel maybe a different color and the rear passenger side wheel is missing a hubcap.
Anyone with information about the suspect or robbery is asked to call the Clarksville Police TIPSLINE at 931-645-8477.
