Senator Humphries Explains No Vote On Tax Reform

First District State Senator Stan Humphries is explaining his no vote on the state tax reform plan that passed the Kentucky General Assembly last week after being vetoed by the Governor.

Humphries says he supports what was funded by the tax reform plan, but is opposed to how it was handled.
