Authorities say a patch of ice caused a single vehicle wreck in Christian County Wednesday morning that injured the driver.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Office reports Sam McGhee was driving south on Greenville Road around 7:30 when he ran over a patch of ice and the vehicle fish tailed, ran off the left side of the road, through a ditch and hit a tree.
McGhee was transported by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment.
