A Pembroke man was arrested for allegedly possessing marijuana and cocaine. A Hopkinsville Police officer says he observed 28-year old Adam Davis laid back inside his vehicle for about 20 minutes behind an empty residence located at 112 West 17th Street around 1:00 Monday afternoon. Upon contact, police say Davis was sweating, had labored breathing, and showed signs of someone indicative of criminal behavior.
During a search of the vehicle, police found a marijuana blunt and a bag of cocaine inside a cigarette pack on the passenger's seat.
Davis was taken into custody and booked into the Christian County Jail charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine, and Possession of a Suspended License.
