Two Arrested In Trenton After An Alleged Threat Involving A Knife

A call about a male subject allegedly threatening a citizen with a knife in Trenton Wednesday led to the arrest of two people. Trenton Police Chief Henry Hamlet tells the Todd County Standard he found 40-year old Peter Paffen, of Washington, D.C., intoxicated, in possession of a knife and standing on the porch of a residence on Clarksville Street. Paffen was taken into custody.

Chief Hamlet says he also found 55-year old Maria Bradham, of Goosecreek, South Carolina, at the residence and driving a stolen vehicle. He indicates the vehicle was reported stolen out of South Carolina. Bradham was also arrested.

Paffen was charged with Alcohol Intoxication, Terroristic Threatening, 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment, and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon. Bradham was charged with Receiving Stolen Property Auto Over $10,000. She was also served a warrant out of Montgomery County, Tennessee, for theft of a vehicle.
