The Cadiz Renaissance on Main and Trigg County Economic Development Council are hoping you might be interested in opening a business in downtown. The two agencies are partnering to host an open house Wednesday from 10am to 1pm. Renaissance on Main Director, Leida Underhill says there is a lot of possibility in downtown Cadiz.
She adds each building will be marked.
The former Miz Malvis building is one of those being featured.
Underhill says an incentive program is currently in place to help businesses looking to locate downtown.
There are five buildings that will be open for viewing Wednesday. Light refreshments will be served at each location and someone will be onhand to answer questions.
