Girl Scout Troop 1246 from Cadiz visited Shady Lawn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Sunday February 11th in the afternoon. The girls participated in the February service project called Operation My Special Valentine.
They made valentines for people in our community who might not receive one. The girls all made homemade cards that they passed out to the 31 residents at Shady Lawn. These Daisies, Brownies and Junior Girl Scouts took time to visit with everyone and say Happy Valentines Day. The girls brightened their day and made them feel special.
