No injuries were reported to the driver of a tractor trailer that overturned on Interstate 24 near the 65 mile-marker at the US 68 Cadiz-Hopkinsville interchange. The wreck occurred in the eastbound lanes just before the exit shortly before 1:00.
Trigg County Rescue officials say although the driver was not injured in the wreck, the truck and trailer sustained severe damage. Some traffic tie-up occurred near the wreck scene while emergency officials were on the scene and the cargo was offloaded onto another vehicle.
