The first Cadiz City Council candidate is among those filing in the final days of the Partisan filing period. John Wes Schermerhorn turned in his paperwork to run for the non-partisan seat on City Council. The filing deadline for City Council is not until August.
Also filing Monday was Michael Blaine Parker. Parker is seeking election as the District 4 Constable. He will be running as a Democrat.
