Man Indicted For Possessing Child Porn

The Christian County Grand Jury found cause to indict 18 individuals Friday on charges ranging from drug offenses to sex crimes. Chester Jackson, II, was indicted on 10 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor and one count of Promoting Sexual Performance by a Minor under 16 years of Age. The indictment says he had pictures and/or video on his cellphone and that he directed a minor in a sexual performance.

Jonathan Bell faces indictment for 2nd Degree Assault Domestic Violence.

Joseph Chewning and Brandon Pickett were both indicted for 1st Degree Criminal Mischief and five counts of 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment. The indictment says they caused more than $1,000 in damages to Laura Shephard's property and discharged a firearm in the vicinity of five individuals.

Laquentin Holden faces indictment for Receiving a Stolen Firearm, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia while Armed, and Possession of Marijuana while Armed.

Jesse Futrell was indicted for 1st Degree Criminal Mischief, 3rd Degree Terroristic Threatening, and Alcohol Intoxication.

Danny Bruley faces indictment for 1st Degree Fleeing or Evading Police, Reckless Driving, and Failure to or Improper Signal.

James Powell is being indicted on charges of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia while Armed, Possession of a Defaced Firearm, and Possession of Marijuana while Armed.

Jatraevion Thornton faces indictment for Possession of Marijuana while Armed and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.

Gregory Pryor is being indicted on charges of 1st Degree Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kesler Willingham was indicted for 2nd Degree Escape after allegedly failing to return from a jail furlough. James Simmons was indicted on two counts of 2nd Degree Escape.
