School Officials Reinforcing Safety Procedures To Staff, Students

In wake of the Marshall County High School shooting, the Christian County School District is asking principals to go back and reiterate and reinforce safety procedures already in place. Chief Operations Officer, Brad Hawkins says he did send out an insert regarding school violence prevention tips.

He adds they are always vigilant and regarding the safety of students and staff.

Hawkins says they are also required to conduct lock-down drills.

Hawkins adds he is confident students and staff are prepared to respond to threatening situations.
