Three Muhlenberg County residents were injured in a two vehicle wreck in Madisonville Tuesday morning. Madisonville Police report 62-year old Evaelynann Hamm of Central City was driving southbound on North Scott Street approaching the intersection of East Arch Street and failed to stop when the signal turned red. Police say Hamm proceeded through the light and was hit a pickup truck driven by 39-year old Stanley P’Pool of Madisonville, who was turning left onto North Scott Street.
According to the report, Hamm and her two passengers, 30-year old Katie Herald and a male juvenile, were injured in the crash. However, the report does not say they were transported to the hospital.
