As employers continue to look for qualified candidates, the West Kentucky Work Force is hoping they will consider soldiers leaving the army. The Board even brought on Veterans Liaison Marc Quesenberry to help in the process.
The Work Force Board covers 17 counties from Fulton to Todd and has several career centers.
Quesenberry says his job is to help businesses get connected to the soldiers.
He adds a majority of those leaving the army do not stay in the local area.
