Three Arrested On Warrants And Additional Charges

Three people arrested on warrants in Logan County Tuesday afternoon are facing additional charges, including drug offenses. The Logan County Sheriff's Office says they arrived at 628 Dennis Road in Russellville shortly before 2:15pm to located an individual with a warrant, but instead found multiple individuals on the premises with active warrants. During their investigation, deputies reportedly found meth, cocaine, marijuana, and several items of drug paraphernalia.

Shelley Bray

42-year old Shelly Bray and 53-year old Lee Rosser, both of Russellville, and 30-year old Garrett Mallory of Bowling Green, were taken into custody and booked into the Logan County Detention Center. Bray was served with two active warrants out of Simpson County and two active warrants out of Warren County. She was additionally charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, identity theft, giving officers a false name, and failure to notify the transportation department of an address change.

Garrett Mallory

Deputies indicate Mallory was seated in the driver's seat in the driveway with his 8 month old child when he was arrested on two active warrants out of Simpson County. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of meth, possession of a drug unspecified, prescription of a controlled substance not in proper container, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to notify the transportation department of an address change.

And Rosser was arrested on an active warrant out of Logan District Court.

The sheriff's office was also assisted on the scene by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
