Two Trigg Residents Charged With Trafficking Crack Cocaine

Two Trigg County residents were charged Monday night with trafficking drugs and endangering a minor. Trigg County Sheriff's Deputy Jared Werner reports a search warrant was obtained and executed at a residence in the county where deputies found suspected crack cocaine and over $14,000 cash.

Deputy Werner says 37-year old Antonio Wharton and 24-year old Jasmine Wharton were taken into custody shortly after 11:00 Monday night. They were lodged in the Christian County Jail charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine), Wanton Endangerment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
